Account Registration and Management
Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at 198rich. Holding more than one account, whether under a real name or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balance.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Game Rules and Betting

- All game results recorded by the 198rich system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure

- Bets that have been placed cannot be cancelled unless explicitly permitted by the relevant game rules
- The use of automated software, bots or any method that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
- Playing on behalf of another person or receiving payment to place bets on behalf of another person is prohibited
Member Conduct and Prohibitions
All 198rich members are expected to comply with the established standards of conduct to ensure a fair and safe playing environment. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Any form of fraud, manipulation or money laundering
- Cooperation between two or more members to cheat the system (collusion)
- Using more than one account to gain an unfair advantage
- Using VPNs, proxies or other methods to conceal your actual location to bypass restrictions
- Uploading content that is unlawful, offensive or harmful
- Attempting to access or modify the 198rich system without authorisation
⛔ Warning: Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action if necessary. 198rich will cooperate fully with authorities if required.
Account Closure and Suspension
You are free to close your 198rich account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, all remaining funds must first be withdrawn in accordance with the established withdrawal policy.
198rich also reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member in the following situations:
- Breach of any provision in these Terms & Conditions
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
- Request from a competent authority
- Account inactive for an extended period

Changes to Terms and Conditions
198rich reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time in line with operational needs and legal compliance. Any changes made will be published on the 198rich website with a clear update date.
